The pioneers of Himalaya, Himalayan Sherpa Exodus Team Treks & Expeditions Pvt. Ltd. is a proudly Nepali-owned trekking and adventure company specializing in authentic Himalayan experiences. Although our company officially began welcoming travelers under its registered name in 2026, the story behind our expertise reaches back to 2009, when our Co-Founder, Pasang Lama Tamang, first entered Nepal’s tourism industry.
Like many mountain professionals, his journey started from the ground up. Carrying trekking equipment through rugged Himalayan trails taught him the true meaning of hard work, responsibility, and respect for the mountains. Those early years built the foundation for everything our company stands for today.
In 2013, he became an Assistant Trekking Guide, gaining valuable field experience while working alongside experienced mountain professionals. In 2014, after completing professional trekking guide training, he began leading trekking groups independently across Nepal’s most spectacular mountain regions.
Throughout these years, he had the privilege of guiding travelers from many different countries, cultures, age groups, and backgrounds. Every journey created lasting friendships, unforgettable memories, and a deeper understanding of what international travelers truly expect from a professional adventure company. These experiences inspired a lifelong vision to establish a trekking company built on trust, honesty, safety, and genuine Himalayan hospitality.
That vision took its first step on 27 August 2018, when trekking services began operating independently on an unofficial basis. After years of dedication, learning, and continuous improvement, the company was officially registered and started providing professional services under the name Himalayan Sherpa Exodus Team Treks & Expeditions Pvt. Ltd. from the beginning of 2026.
Today, we proudly organize trekking, peak climbing, cultural tours, expeditions, and tailor-made adventure holidays throughout Nepal. From the legendary Everest region to Annapurna, Langtang, Manaslu, Kanchenjunga, Mustang, Dolpo, and many other breathtaking destinations, we carefully design every journey to match our guests’ interests, fitness levels, and travel dreams.
