A representative of Himalayan Sherpa Exodus Team Treks & Expeditions Pvt. Ltd. will meet you at your hotel in Kathmandu. You will then travel by private vehicle to the domestic terminal of Tribhuvan International Airport. Pickup time may be adjusted according to your hotel's location and the airline's reporting requirement.

Around 06:00 | Airport check-in and pre-flight formalities
After arriving at the airport, you will complete security and boarding procedures. Our team will assist with the arrangements and ensure that you have the necessary flight details. Early departures are preferred because the atmosphere is often clearer during the morning hours.

Once airborne, the aircraft follows a panoramic route along the Himalayan range. Every passenger receives a window seat. Peak visibility cannot be guaranteed individually because cloud, haze, routing and operational conditions may affect the view. After landing | Return transfer to your hotel
Following the flight, you will meet your driver outside the domestic terminal and return to your hotel in Kathmandu. The complete experience usually takes around two and a half to three hours, although airport procedures and weather may extend the schedule.

Seating

Mountain-flight aircraft are arranged so that each passenger receives a window seat. Seat numbers and sides are assigned by the airline. Because the aircraft normally flies out and returns along the range, passengers on both sides should have opportunities to see the mountains.

Mountain Visibility

Everest and the surrounding peaks are visible only when atmospheric conditions allow. Although the airline operates with sightseeing in mind, nature determines the final view. Specific peaks, cockpit access and photographic clarity therefore cannot be guaranteed.

Health and Accessibility
