I was born and raised in Rasuwa, Nepal, I have been working in Nepal’s tourism industry since 2009. With more than 15 years of practical experience, I have worked in various roles, including Porter Support Staff, Mountain Guide Assistant, Mountain Operator Guide, and Peak Climbing Guide, serving guests from different countries and backgrounds.
Throughout my journey, I have had the opportunity to meet and serve travelers from around the world, including families, students, professionals, senior citizens, business people, and adventure enthusiasts. These experiences taught me the true meaning of hospitality, communication, teamwork, safety, and responsible tourism.
Since 2018, I had a strong vision of creating a professional organization where experienced tourism and mountain professionals could work together to provide quality services to travelers. With this vision and the support of experienced guides and adventure professionals, Himalayan Sherpa Exodus Team Treks & Expedition (P) Ltd. was established to provide reliable, personalized, and professional travel experiences in Nepal.
From the autumn season of 2026, we are officially ready to welcome travelers for city tours, trekking, peak climbing, mountain expeditions, and customized travel services.

Through his professional journey in Nepal’s tourism industry, he has gained valuable experience in guiding travelers, understanding their needs, and managing different types of travel experiences. His knowledge of Nepal’s destinations, culture, mountains, and tourism services has helped him build strong relationships with both domestic and international guests.
As the Chief Executive Officer of Himalayan Sherpa Exodus Team Treks & Expedition (P) Ltd., Sandeep is committed to supporting the company’s vision of providing professional, reliable, safe, and personalized travel experiences throughout Nepal.

Ngawa Tamang (Mountain & Climbing Guide)
Ngawa Tamang, originally from Rasuwa, Nepal, is an experienced professional mountain and climbing guide with extensive knowledge of Nepal’s trekking and Himalayan routes.
He has guided numerous popular trekking destinations, including Everest Base Camp (EBC), Annapurna Circuit (ACT), Manaslu Circuit (MCT), Kanchenjunga Base Camp (KBC), Langtang, Annapurna Base Camp (ABC), Dolpo, and many more.
His climbing experience includes Ama Dablam (6,814 m), Lobuche East (6,119 m), Mera Peak (6,476 m), Cholatse (6,440 m), Dorje Lakpa (6,966 m), Yalung Peak, Kusum Kanguru (6,367 m), and Pisang Peak (6,091 m).
With strong mountain experience, technical climbing knowledge, local expertise, and a commitment to guest safety, Ngawa is a valued member of the Himalayan Sherpa Exodus Team Treks & Expedition (P) Ltd. team.
Lok Bahadur (Senior Mountain Guide)
Lok Bahadur, originally from Solukhumbu, Nepal, is an experienced professional city and mountain guide with extensive knowledge of Nepal’s trekking and Himalayan destinations.
He has guided travelers on several renowned routes, including Everest Base Camp (EBC), Annapurna Circuit Trek (ACT), Manaslu Circuit Trek (MCT), Kanchenjunga Base Camp Trek (KBC), Langtang, Annapurna Base Camp (ABC), Dolpo, and many other destinations.
